FACILITIES USAGE GUIDELINES & POLICY

•  Liberty bible Church is a community-minded organization.  We welcome a variety of groups and activites in our facility as part of our efforts to serve the community.

•  Our first priority is activities hosted or sanctioned by our church, followed by activities that involve a member or regular church attendee and finally, activities that don't currently have a connection to our church.

•  Facilities requests will be reviewed by staff for any possible scheduling conflicts.  This will occur at regularly scheduled weekly staff meetings.  It may take up to 2 weeks to clear a specific date.

•  We cannot confirm a facility request further than 90 days from the scheduled event.  The staff may consider rare special exceptions such as weddings or conferences.

•  Once an event is booked within the 90 day period, we will make every attempt to honor that request even if our schedule changes.

•  We reserve the right to charge a modest fee or suggest a donation to cover costs associated with housing events and activities.  A schedule of fees can be found here.

•  The activity sponsor should strive to leave the facility at least as good as they found it.  Under the direction of the host/custodian, the following must be cared for:

          •  The room must be restored to its original setup

          •  Tables, chairs & equipment must be put away in their proper storage place

•  Alcoholic beverages, smoking and narcotics are prohibited and adequate adults supervision of the building must be provided at all times.

•  Activity sponsors agree that Liberty Bible Church of the Nazarene shall be reimbursed to any damage resulting from usage of its facilities and that users making this request shall assume complete responsibility.

•  Activity sponsors agree to hold harmless the church, its board, staff and members, should any injury, theft or loss occur.
