Join us on Sundays at 10:00am for our online service at www.LibertyBible.TV
Greetings Liberty Bible Church Family,
In response to the current COVID-19 coronavirus situation impacting our community, we wanted to reach out to you and let you know what your church is doing. We are currently monitoring governmental and health authorities as they issue guidelines for safe practices, both personal and for groups. In light of the recent recommendation by the Clark County Public Health department (https://www.clark.wa.gov/public-health), and the Governor’s just announced expansion of the large group gathering guidelines to the entire state, Pastor Larry, the Church Staff, and your elected Church Board are implementing the following:
The immediate cancellation of Liberty Bible’s Sunday Morning Worship/Sunday School activities until further notice.
The postponement of this year’s Bow the Knee performances set for this coming week. This will be reevaluated at the end of March.
Effective immediately, the cancellation of all other ministry activities at Liberty Bible through the end of Spring Break (April 5th).
As indicated above, we will keep up with local/state/national governmental & health recommendations as the COVID-19 situation progresses. We will make adjustments to ministry activities as necessary.
Our plan is to stream a message every Sunday at 10am until we begin meeting again. You will find this on the church website at www.lbnaz.org.
We encourage you to follow the health department’s current guidelines:
Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. When soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
Cover coughs and sneezes. Use a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands.
Stay home and away from others when sick.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces that are frequently touched.
During this time, the Church office will continue to function. You can reach us by phone at 360.574.9302 or email at info@lbnaz.org. We plan to keep the lines of communication open, so be sure to keep up with us at www.lbnaz.org, email, or our Facebook page. These will be our official means of distributing information on the church’s activity.
The Bible calls us not to be afraid, but trust. Trust that God is good, that he is faithful, and that he loves us. In this time of uncertainty, let’s be the Church. Let’s love and look out for each other. Let’s focus on the common good of our community. Let’s trust the Lord to carry us through.
We will be in touch,
Pastor Larry, the Church Staff & Board
